Parent Teacher Meeting held at Government High School Pranoo

DODA, JUNE 26: Parent Teacher Meeting was held at Government High School Pranoo on the theme ‘role and responsibilities of parents and teachers for implementation of New Education Policy 2020.

Students, staff and parents including SMDC members of the school attended the meeting.

These parent-teacher meetings have become a regular feature in government schools of Jammu and Kashmir.

Government High School Pranoo conducts parent-teacher meetings every month on the different themes “Role of Parents in prevention of Drug Abuse among School going Students” along with routine academic activities, enrollment drive, academic performance gained by the students in the examination.

Parents were also made aware of various aspects of life skills and career guidance for the students. “The role of parents and teachers has become very important for the lives of students. The feedback by parents helps boost the education in government schools.

Such a step in government schools is a great opportunity for parents and teachers to develop a healthy and strong relationship for the holistic development of a child.
