JAMMU, 06 January: Jammu Kashmir People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has expressed deep grief over the demise of Sh. Ramesh Koul S/O Lt. Manohar Nath Koul (EX Revenue Minister) founder member of People’s Democratic Party under the chairmanship S. Amreek Singh Reen General Secretary (Central). Sh. Ramesh Koul was a close associate of our founder Jb. Mufti Mohd. Sayeed. The lost cannot make up, may God shower peace and blessings to his soul and give courage to the bereaved family.
