PD&SJ Kulgam condoles demise of Senior Advocate Mohammad Yaqub Bhat

KULGAM, January 13: The Principal District and Sessions Judge (PD&SJ) Kulgam, Mohammad Ashraf Bhat today convened a condolence meeting through virtual mode on the sad demise of Senior Advocate Mohammad Yaqub Bhat of Kulgam, who left for heavenly abode on 10th January, 2023.

The meeting was attended by the judicial officers and other judicial employees of the district judiciary Kulgam. The attendees expressed their deep sorrow on the sad demise of Advocate Mohammad Yaqub Bhat.

The PD&SJ threw light on the deceased’s role as a lawyer. He said Bhat was actively practicing at court complex Kulgam till 2006 and was in practice for more than 50 years.

The deceased had also served as the member of erstwhile State Legislative Assembly for Kulgam Constituency.

The PD&SJ while offering heartfelt sympathies and condolences said that their thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved family. He prayed and hoped that the family is able to draw strength in this hour of grief and prayed for the departed.
