Peddler held with intoxicants in Kulgam

KULGAM, 16 Oct: Kulgam Police arrested one drug peddler namely Abdul Rashid Rather alias Mathur & recovered 3.2 Kgs of Poppy Straw like contraband substance.

A case under NDPS act has been registered & investigation is in progress.
