Police apprehend two, seize 67g of contraband in Baramulla
In a major crackdown on drug trafficking, Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested two drug peddlers in separate operations in Uri and Tangmarg of Baramulla district, recovering a total of over 67 grams of contraband Charas-like substance.

The accused were immediately apprehended and cases under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act were registered.
Further investigations are underway to determine the source and intended destination of the drugs.
Both these arrests highlight the ongoing efforts of the Jammu and Kashmir Police to combat the menace of drug trafficking in the region.
