Police arrest drug peddler in Baramulla; seize 18 grams of contraband heroin

Baramulla Police have arrested a suspected drug peddler and seized 18 grams of a heroin-like substance during a routine check at Janbazpora-Binner crossing in the district.

The arrest comes amid ongoing efforts by Baramulla Police to curb the sale and distribution of illegal drugs in the area.

A case has been registered at the Baramulla police station, and an investigation is underway.
