Police arrest three drug peddlers in Baramulla, seize 30 grams of brown sugar

In a determined effort to combat drug trafficking, the Baramulla police have arrested three individuals involved in drug peddling and seized 30 grams of brown sugar from their possession.

The arrests were made at a checkpoint established by a police party from Baramulla Police Station.

The arrested individuals are currently in police custody. Police have registered cases against the arrested individuals under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

Further investigations are expected to uncover potential links to larger drug networks and distribution channels.

This operation reflects the ongoing efforts of the Jammu and Kashmir Police to combat the drug menace in the region.
