Police crackdown on drugs in Baramulla: Two arrested with contraband
In a significant breakthrough against the illegal drug trade, the Baramulla Police successfully apprehended two drug peddlers in the Chellam and Harthrat areas.

The operation resulted in the recovery of 30 grams of contraband Charas and 105 grams of Charas Powder-like substances.
The arrests were made as part of the ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat the menace of drug trafficking in the region.
Following the arrests, cases were promptly registered under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Investigations are currently underway to uncover the source of the drugs and any potential accomplices involved in the illegal network.
