Post Malone sets August release date for sixth studio album ‘F-1 Trillion’
Washington [US], June 19 (ANI): American singer and rapper Post Malone has officially announced the release date of his highly anticipated sixth studio album, titled ‘F-1 Trillion.’
The album is set to drop on August 16, as revealed by Malone himself in a social media post on Tuesday.
Malone shared an image of a digital billboard located in Nashville, showcasing the album’s title in a car-themed logo.
In his caption, he excitedly exclaimed, “Sup motherf***as…F-1 Trillion August 16th,” hinting at what fans can expect from his latest musical offering.
Known for his eclectic musical style that blends genres seamlessly, Malone’s upcoming album is anticipated to continue his recent success in country music circles.
He has been dominating the Billboard Hot 100 charts with hits like ‘I Had Some Help,’ a duet with Morgan Wallen, which marked his second No. 1 single of the year, reported Variety.
Earlier in April, Malone also achieved a No. 1 spot with Taylor Swift’s ‘Fortnight,’ from her acclaimed album ‘The Tortured Poets Department.’
Additionally, Malone’s collaboration with Beyonce on the country track ‘Cowboy Carter,’ featuring a duet titled ‘Levii’s Jeans,’ further solidified his crossover appeal.
Recently, Malone performed his album’s second single, ‘Pour Me a Drink,’ alongside Blake Shelton at CMA Fest’s Spotify House. His stage presence was also highlighted at the Stagecoach festival, where he joined Morgan Wallen for a memorable performance.
According to Variety, Malone’s Stagecoach debut included covers of iconic country songs from artists like George Strait, Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, and Toby Keith, among others.
He also delivered nostalgic renditions coupled with surprise appearances by country legends like Dwight Yoakam and Sara Evans.
