Prominent social activist and sports promoter from Shopian Owais Khan Joins Apni Party

Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari greets Khan into the party fold

SRINAGAR, March 20: A prominent social activist and sports promoter from south Kashmir’s Shopian district Owais Khan on Monday joined Apni Party during an event organized at the party headquarters in Srinagar.

The Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari gave a warm welcome to Khan into the party fold. Party’s Vice President Zaffar Iqbal Manhas was also present on the occasion.

Pertinently, Khan is a law graduate from Kashmir University and he has also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law and a Masters degree in Sports Management from Pune. His educational qualifications and professional experience have equipped him with a diverse set of skills that will undoubtedly benefit Apni Party in its quest to serve the people of Jammu and Kashmir, a press note issued here said.

“Khan has been actively involved in promoting sports and fitness among the youth, and has organized numerous sports events and activities in his community. his efforts have been widely appreciated and have earned him a reputation as a dedicated social worker and a champion for the youth.” The press note added.

Speaking on the occasion, Owais Khan said, “I am honored to join Apni Party, which has a proven track record of working for the development and welfare of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. I look forward to working with the party leadership and contributing my skills and experience towards the betterment of our society.”
