Rajouri: Lok Adalat for settlement of Criminal Compoundable Cases on January 20

RAJOURI, JANUARY 06: As per the schedule of J&K Legal Services Authority, Lok Adalat pertaining to Criminal Compoundable Cases, which are expected to be settled through amicable settlement will be taken up in the Lok Adalat scheduled on January 20, 2024 at District Court Complex Rajouri.

All the presiding officers of the District Rajouri have been accordingly requested to identify the cases which qualify for being taken up in the Lok Adalat, as per the provisions of the Legal Services Act 1987 and the rules and regulations framed there under, after making the preliminary exercise. The list of cases is to be submitted to the authority by or before January 15, 2024 in order to facilitate the constitution of benches in time.

Further interested litigants are directed to approach concerned courts for taking up in their cases in the said Lok Adalat.
