In a major success under their ongoing anti-drug operation “Sanjeevani,” the Ramban Police thwarted a narcotics smuggling attempt on Tuesday in the Sangaldan area, recovering a significant quantity of charas and heroin with a street value exceeding three lakhs and apprehending three individuals involved.

During thorough inspection, police unearthed a hidden stash containing approximately 350 grams of charas, a cannabis derivative, and 26 grams of heroin
Acting on a tip-off, a specialized team from the Ramban Police swung into action and conducted a well-coordinated operation that resulted in the apprehension of three individuals involved in the illicit trade.
The suspects were immediately taken into custody and further investigation is underway to determine the source and intended destination of the contraband.
