Ranvijay Singh strongly condemns Cowardly Terrorist Attack on tourists in Pahalgam

Jammu, April 22: Ranvijay Singh, scion of the  Royal Dogra Family, has strongly condemned the barbaric terrorist attack on tourists in the Baisaran area of Pahalgam, Anantnag district, terming it a cowardly act aimed at disturbing the peace and harmony of Jammu and Kashmir.

Expressing deep anguish over the incident that left several innocent tourists injured, Ranvijay Singh said such acts of terror are the handiwork of those who cannot digest the return of peace, stability, and tourism in the Union Territory. “Attacking unarmed civilians who came to experience the beauty and hospitality of Kashmir is a despicable act that must be condemned by all right-thinking citizens,” he said.

Ranvijay Singh urged the security forces to act with full might against the perpetrators and those supporting the terror ecosystem. “The people of Jammu and Kashmir have long suffered due to such senseless violence. It is time for the entire society to rise above political divides and stand in solidarity with the victims and the forces fighting terrorism,” he added.

He also called upon the administration to ensure the best medical treatment to the injured tourists and provide all necessary support to their families.
