Re-orientation programme on Yoga and Herbal Plants concludes at Ramban

RAMBAN, MARCH 19:  Two-day Re-Orientation Program on Yoga for Medical Officers and Paramedical Staff organised by the Department of AYUSH concluded with great success. The program encompassed comprehensive training sessions, including a full day dedicated to understanding the significance of herbal plants.

District Yoga Coordinator and Nodal Officer for Herbal Plants in District Ramban, Dr. Masood Iqbal Zarger, delivered a lecture highlighting the importance of herbal plants. His expertise and insights provided invaluable knowledge to all participants.

The program aimed to enhance the understanding of yoga practices among medical professionals and paramedical staff, emphasizing its role in promoting holistic health and well-being.
