Redressal of grievances received on IGRAMS reviewed at Ganderbal
GANDERBAL, MAY 20: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Mehraj-ud-Din Shah today convened a meeting of officers to review the status of public grievances received on Integrated Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System (IGRAMS) in the district.
At the outset, the meeting was informed that 3558 grievances have been received on IGRAMS out of which 3474 have been disposed-off and remaining are under process.
ADC on the occasion took review of disposal of grievances department wise and instructed the officers to ensure quality disposal of public grievances within the stipulated time frame.
While interacting with the officers, the ADC reiterated that the District Administration is committed to ensure quality and timely disposal of grievances of the locals and action will follow if any laxity is found vis-à-vis their disposal.
He also directed concerned departments to dispose-off the pending grievances at an earliest.
The meeting was attended by ACP, DPO, Tehsildars, BDOs and other concerned officials.
