Registrar 11 Clinches Victory in 11 Overs at Anant Khel 2025 Sports Meet at Central university of Jammu
Jammu, 29 January, 2025: In an exhilarating cricket match held under the Anant Khel-2025 sports meet at Central University of Jammu, Registrar-11 secured a commanding victory against FacultyYoungstar-11 with a stellar performance. The match witnessed an enthusiastic response, with a huge gathering of students, faculty members, and staff cheering for both teams.
The 15-over match saw Youngstar-11 winning the toss and electing to bat first. Under the leadership of Captain Bhawani Singh, the team posted a competitive total of 118 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
Chasing the target, Registrar-11, led by captain Prof. Yashwant Singh, Registrar, CUJ and vice-captain Dr. Rajan Badyal, showcased outstanding batting skills. Openers Dinesh and Ranjan set the foundation for a successful chase, with Dinesh delivering a match-winning performance by scoring an unbeaten 50 runs, earning him the prestigious Man of the Match title.
