Review Meeting regarding preparation for the upcoming “Ladakh dPal rNgam Duston” celebration

LEH, JULY 16: The Hon’ble Chairman/CEC, Tashi Gyalson, chaired over a review meeting in preparation for the upcoming “Ladakh dPal rNgam Duston” celebration in the Conference Hall  of Council Secretariat.

During the meeting, all departments were given clear directives to ensure meticulous planning and execution. Special attention was placed on the installation and operation of the light and sound systems to create an immersive experience for attendees. Coordination among various departments, including Public Health Engineering (PHE), medical services, was emphasized to guarantee seamless support and emergency preparedness throughout the event.

Themes, design, logistics, timing considerations, and venue selection were also finalized during the discussions.

Furthermore, there was discussion on leveraging banners and other promotional strategies to enhance tourism visibility reflecting 50 years of tourism. This initiative aims to not only showcase the cultural richness of Ladakh but also to boost local tourism and economic activity.

Overall, the meeting highlighted the collaboration among departments to make the “Ladakh dPal rNgam Duston” celebration a memorable and successful event.
