Samba police foil bovine smuggling attempt, rescue 11 animals in Ghagwal

In a significant breakthrough, Samba Police successfully intercepted and foiled an attempt of bovine smuggling in Ghagwal.

Notorious smuggler Subhan Ali of Kathua was apprehended during the operation, and eleven bovines were rescued from the clutches of illegal transportation. The police also seized the truck involved in the illicit activity.

The operation, led by a specialized team, was executed based on actionable intelligence gathered by the Samba Police.

The accused, a well-known figure in the illegal bovine trade, was taken into custody as part of the ongoing efforts to dismantle smuggling networks operating in the region.
