Samba Police nabbed interstate narco-smuggler evading arrest since 2019

SAMBA, 11 May 2023: Police achieved another success in an anti-drug drive by arresting top intestate narco-smuggler who was evading arrest since 2019.

The notorious narco-smuggler has been identified as Rashid Hussain Thoker r/o Pulwama. He was the main accused involved in a case registered at Police Station Samba in 2019. Moreover, he is also involved in two NDPSA cases registered by Punjab Police registered at Police Station Maqsudan district Jalandhar (Punjab) & in a case registered at Police Station Goraya district Jalandhar (Punjab).

Samba Police had been conducting raids at various suspected hideouts of this top smuggler in JK UT and outside the UT and finally succeeded in locating and capturing him.
