Sat Sharma asks BJP workers to register every eligible as voter to strengthen democracy

Akhnoor: In a party meeting addressed by Sat Sharma, former Minister & former BJP State President, accompanied by district President & former MLA Rajiv Sharma, senior leaders of party impressed upon the party workers to go home to home and ensure registration of every eligible person as registered voter.

Sat Sharma, while addressing the party meeting, said that the Bharatiya Janata Party believes in the maximum participation of people in the election process for a healthy democracy. He said that the whole world is mesmerized to witness such a massive participation of voters to elect the government. He said that to ensure that this healthy growth continues, the BJP workers have the prime duty to ensure that no voter is left behind and the electoral review process is successfully completed before the final summary revision of the rolls.

Sat Sharma added that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi there is an impressive turnout in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and now it is the duty of BJP cadre to ensure the further increase in the participation in election process.

Rajiv Sharma impressed upon all the party workers to go from home to home and coordinate with the local election officials, update the information of already existing voters and to ensure the registration of the new eligible voters. He also assured the senior leadership of the party that the party workers in the Akhnoor District are fully prepared and enthusiastic for the process and also to participate in the elections in the region.
