Jammu, 26th April 2025: Trikuta Nagar Welfare Society (Regd.) Jammu celebrated its 32nd Foundation Day in its complex.

Sat Sharma CA, President, J&K BJP J&K was the chief guest on the occasion, while Ch. Vikram Randhawa, MLA Bahu Assembly Constituency was the guest of honour, senior BJP leaders Rekha Mahajan and Nitish Mahajan were also guests on the occasion.
Rajinder P Kakkar President Trikuta Nagar Welfare Society (TNWS) Jammu alongwith with his team welcomed the guests and audience.
The senior functionaries and the attendees of the programme paid homage to the victims of Pahalgam terror act by observing two-minutes silence and praying for the Moksha to the heavenly bound souls.
Earlier President TNWS, Er. Ashok Kumar Arora, Rama Jamwal, and Vijay Gupta presented the guests with the mementos and Shri mad Bhagwat Geeta. They also tied turban to the guests as a mark of respect on behalf of Trikuta Nagar residents.
TNWS newsletter magazine for the year of 2024-2025 was also released by the guests on the occasion.
The magazine contains the full details of TNWS activities with different categories of camp photos reminding the selfless service to the residents of Trikuta Nagar Colony Jammu.
Sat Sharma, while lauding the efforts of team TNWS for rendering selfless service spanning thirty years to the residents of Trikuta Nagar Colony Jammu, stressed for the need of active and lively society for the development of the locality and its vicinity. He also endorsed the commitment of the local MLA regarding the expansion of TNWS complex and also assured the full cooperation to team TNWS Jammu regarding any genuine issues brought to his notice in the future as well.
“An organized society ensures safety, better services, strong community bonds, and quick conflict resolution. Collective action influences government decisions and supports environmental care. Overall, it creates a safer, cleaner, and more vibrant place for people to live together”, said Sat Sharma.
Ch. Vikram Randhawa shared that team TNWS led by its president Rajinder P. Kakkar maintained regular contact with him for the development of Trikuta Nagar Colony Jammu. He committed for the completion of all pending works in a phased manner as per allotment of development funds. He also committed to the expansion of the TNWS complex. He said that this complex was constructed in 1993 for fifty members, but now this colony has developed and requires expansion. He greeted the society for completing 32 years successfully and conveyed the best wishes for the future.
The guests also inaugurated the 9th subsidized ration distribution camp for the residents of Trikuta Nagar Colony Jammu organized in association with NCCF Jammu. The appreciation certificates were distributed to JEE PDD, Er. Subhash Kumar for Ward 54, JEE PDD Er. Kulveer Singh, for Ward 53 & Ward 52, JEE PHE Er. Abhinash Sharma for Trikuta Nagar Colony Jammu, JEE JDA Er. Baljeet Singh & Supervisor JMC Mr. Sanjay Teji for Ward 53 & 54 for their dedication & sincere delivery of essential services to the residents of Trikuta Nagar Jammu.
Earlier, Vijay Gupta, secretary read the details of activities by team TNWS during the year of 2024-2025 before presenting vote of thanks.
Beside a large gathering of Trikuta Nagar residents, Dr. Subhash Abrol, Shailja Gupta, Rama Jamwal, Madam Sharma, Anil Sharma, O. P. Sharma, Sandeep Sharma, S. Amarjeet Singh, S. Jaswinder Singh, Kewal Sher, Neeraj Puri, Ajay Kumar Gupta, Er. Ravinder Kaul, Er Varinder Kumar Suri and Suneel Mahajan also participated in the foundation day ceremony.
