SDM Mendhar resolves land dispute, inspects developmental works in Nar Village

POONCH, July 01: Sub Division Magistrate Mendhar, Jahangir Khan today  conducted an extensive tour of Nar village along with Naib Tehsildar Bhatadureian Intkhab Khan and Sarpanch Naka Iqbal Khan.

The SDM inspected ongoing developmental works being executed under different government schemes in the village and resolved a major land dispute impeding the construction of a 3-kilometer road from Naka to Nar under the NABARD scheme.

During the tour, blockades which were created by locals got cleared on the spot, and strict instructions were passed to all to refrain from creating any hindrance in the execution of work.

The SDM also directed the officials of the PWD department and the concerned contractor to complete the road work within the given timeline to benefit the public at the earliest.

The SDM’s prompt action to resolve the land dispute and ensure timely completion of developmental works have been widely appreciated by the locals.
