Secretary, Sports Council visits U-17 National Football Team Camp at Srinagar.

SRINAGAR, AUGUST 01: Secretary, Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council, Nuzhat Gull, along with Divisional Sports Officer, Central, Javid Ur Rahman, visited the U-17 National Football Team Camp in Srinagar.


During the visit, they interacted with the 35 players and 7 officials participating in the camp.


The All India Football Federation has selected Jammu & Kashmir for the second consecutive year to host the National team camp, aimed at preparing for the upcoming SAFF Championship 2024 in Bhutan and the U-17 AFC Cup qualifiers in Thailand in October 2024.


Nuzhat Gull congratulated the players on their selection to the prestigious National Team, highlighting J&K’s growing role as a hub for national team camps and competitions. She reaffirmed the JKSC’s commitment to providing the necessary support to facilitate such events.


Head Coach Ishfaq Ahmed expressed his gratitude to the Secretary, JKSC for her support and encouraging words.
