Secy RDD chairs a meeting to review the construction works under SDP 2023-24

Leh, November 18, 2024: The Administrative Secretary of Rural Development Department UT Ladakh, Shashanka Ala chaired a meeting regarding the works, construction of rock garden at Khaos, including other allied works, under SDP 2023- 24 of Rural Development Department,  the meeting was held at the  chamber of Secretary RDD.

At the outset,  The Director Rural Development Department, Syed Sajad Qadri provided a comprehensive details and physical status of the Rock garden project  which is going to be constructed at Khaos,  Kargil district of UT Ladakh, on 44 kanals of the land.

The meeting discussed risk factors and other issues which impede the construction process of the  project. During the meeting,  discussions and deliberations were held on  the future works of Rural Development Department,  under SDP 2024-25.

While reviewing the construction works of Rural Development Department,  The Secretary instructed the concerned officials and executive agencies to conduct a ground surveys of these projects, and ensure their proper completion.

The meeting was attended by the Statistical Officer, RDD; officials of NPCC; Director of Rural Development Department,  Executive Engineer RDD, and other concerned officials joined the meeting virtually.
