I did not understand your message. Ok Ok … was there was one Johnny walker in front of you and you saw two. Is that why you wrote Johnny twice ?? https://t.co/si9s5lxeCa
Rahool called Chaturvedi a “social media addict” and accused her of destroying the Shivsena party which was created by Balasaheb Thackeray.
“..Let me come to the point. Being drunk on power without power must be painful. People like you contributed to the destruction of the party created by Balasaheb Thackeray….Do something more constructive with your time. Social media “addiction” is not healthy! Your sheer frustration after being unable to negotiate an entry into our party is understandable,” Kanal said in a series of posts on X.
This statement came after ShivSena UBT MP Priyanka Chaturvedi, in a social media post (with video) took a dig at the Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde’s speech.
In the video post by the UBT Sena MP, Eknath Shinde is heard applauding the efforts of the state government for working towards the safety of women in the state. Citing an example of a case, Shinde said that the government ran the case in the fast-track court, gave all the evidence, and provided special lawyers and as a result, the case was solved in just two months and the accused was hanged.
“In this state of Maharashtra, they (opposition) were saying that we don’t want Ladli sister, we want safe sister. Let me tell you that three months ago, a similar incident happened with one of our sisters. We ran the case in the fast-track court, gave all the evidence, and provided special lawyers. A lot of hard work was done in this whole case and it took only two months and the accused in that case was hanged. This is our government, here if anything happens to anyone,” Shinde is heard saying in the video clip.
This latest war of words between the Sena factions comes in the wake of the alleged sexual assault of two girls at a school in Badlapur. In the latest development, amid violent protests in Maharashtra, the Bombay High Court took suo motu cognizance of the alleged sexual assault of two girls at a school in Badlapur. On August 17 Maharashtra police arrested an attendant of the school for allegedly abusing the girls. This incident triggered massive outrage among the people in Badlapur.
