Silver futures decline to Rs 70,869 per kg

New Delhi, Jun 15 (PTI) Silver futures on Thursday fell Rs 1,782 to Rs 70,869 per kilogram as participants reduced their bets.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for July delivery declined by Rs 1,782 or 2.45 per cent to Rs 70,869 per kg in a business turnover of 13,588 lots.

Globally, silver was trading 3.11 per cent lower at USD 23.36 per ounce in New York.
