Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University hosts an Inspiring Alumni Talk on Competitive Exam Preparation. In an engaging session aimed at guiding current students on navigating competitive exams, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University welcomed esteemed alumnus,
Aditya Vikram from the 2019 B.Tech batch of Mechanical Engineering.
The talk, titled “How to Prepare for Competitive Exams” was held at the university campus. Aditya Vikram, currently pursuing his career at IIM Amritsar as Senior Coordinator, shared
invaluable insights garnered from his journey in preparing for competitive exams. His
remarkable achievements, including scoring an impressive 99.24 percentile in the CAT 2021 exam and being named a National Finalist in the Business Line Boardroom
Challenge 2022, served as a testament to his expertise in the field.
During the talk, Aditya Vikram delved into strategies, tips, and best practices for excelling in competitive exams, drawing from his personal experiences and lessons learned along the way.
His advice resonated strongly with the audience, comprising current students eager to chart
their paths to success The event was hosted by Suhani Rajput, a 2nd-year student of BA
economics, and Abhishek Kumar Sharma 3rd-year Mechanical engineering student. The
event was coordinated by the office of Dean International and Alumni Affairs. Dr. Yugal
Khajuria, Dean of International and Alumni Affairs, and Dr. Mir Irfan Ul Haq, Associate
Dean of International and Alumni Affairs spoke at the occasion and felicitated the
speaker. Dr. Rajiv Kumar, NSS coordinator SMVDU was also present during the event.
The alumnus thanked the SMVDU authorities for the opportunity.
