Sobat Ali seeks votes, promises making Bahu model Constituency

NC, Cong, BJP never fulfilled promises: DPAP leader

JAMMU, SEPT 29: On the last day of campaigning, Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) Bahu Constituency candidate, Sobat Ali met the people during door-to-door visits at Bahu, Bhatindi, Narwal, Sainik Colony, Chowadi and other areas of the Constituency and appealed them to vote in his favour so that he can resolve the problems of the area with the authority of an elected public representative.

Sobat Ali also listened to the problems the people of the area were facing since long.

The locals in Bahu Constituency raised the issue of unemployment, poor water and power supply, drug addiction, increase in crime, poor drainage facilities, non-functional street lights etc.

Responding to the issues raised by the public of the Constituency, Sobat Ali said that he will soon take these issues to the concerned authorities for a solution.

The senior DPAP leader and former JMC Councillor said that previous representatives of the Constituency never paid any heed to the issues of the public and remained busy in minting money.

“If voted to victory, my priority will be to tackle the deadly issue of drug addiction which is consuming our youth,” Sobat Ali said adding: “I will take the help of Police so tackle the issue of drug addiction and will also rope-in national and multinational companies to solve the problem of unemployment which is the major cause for addiction.”

He urged the people that on coming to power DPAP under the leadership of Ghulam Nabi Azad may bring the era of development, peace and progress in J&K.

Sobat Ali asked the people of Bahu Constituency to vote in his favour by pressing the button of Bucket on October 1, 2024 so that he may make Bahu a model Constituency on coming to power.

He said that the public should not fall prey to the big promises of NC, Congress, PDP and BJP which they never fulfil on coming to power as in evident from their rule in the past.
