Special awareness camps organised in Educational Institutions in District Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, April 29: The District Election Department Udhampur today organised a series of Special Awareness Camps in different educational institutions to register and educate eligible students about the ongoing Special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Rolls-2023    Gurdev Kumar, Deputy District Election Officer Udhampur and Nasir Ahmed, Dedicated Assistant Electoral Registration Officer Assembly Constituency 59-Udhampur West visited Bhartiya College of Education, Bhaskar College of Education, Govt. College (Women), Kalra College of Education Udhampur along with Booth Level Officers for conducting Special Camp as per the directions of Election Commission of India and Chief Electoral Office, UT of J&K.

The team of officers also interacted with BLOs and Supervisors and asked them for the maximum enrollment of voters during the camp. 

The Deputy District Election Officer visited different government schools and Delhi Public School where Special Camps were hosted for spreading awareness about the importance of electoral process among the prospective voters.
