Special Lok Adalat on Matrimonial Cases organised by DLSA Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, March 04: In pursuance to the National calendar and under the directions of J&K Legal Services Authority, a Special Lok Adalat on Matrimonial Cases was organized in District Kishtwar by the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) under the supervision and guidance of Chairman, Mr. Y.P Kotwal.

In the said Special Lok Adalat, Matrimonial Cases were taken up before the bench constituted for the purpose.

The Bench consisted of Y.P Kotwal, Principal District and Sessions Judge and Mahmud Anwar Al-Nasir, Chief Judicial Magistrate. 

A total of 17 number of cases were taken up out of which 08 number of cases were settled amicably in presence of parties. Judicial Officers, members of Bar, parties of the cases and people at large participated in the said Special Lok Adalat on Matrimonial Cases.
