Srinagar Police thwart disruption at Noorbagh wedding, arrest three miscreants

In a recent incident that unfolded at a marriage function in Noorbagh, three local miscreants were apprehended by the Srinagar Police for gate-crashing, creating a ruckus, and misbehaving with women present at the event.

The accused have been identified as Tahir Sheikh, Mehrajuddin Sheikh, and Danish Qayoom, all residents of Gath Colony. The trio was taken into custody following a complaint lodged with the Safakadal Police Station, resulting in the registration of FIR No. 139/2023 under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
