The police are urging the elimination of tinted films that obstruct transparency and visibility through vehicle glasses. Failure to adhere to this directive will result in swift vehicle seizure, followed by legal action against those in violation.
This measure comes as a response to a judgment delivered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 265 of 2011, which unequivocally prohibits the use of tinted films on vehicle glasses.
The authorities are resolute in their approach and committed to enforcing the ban to ensure compliance with the court’s ruling and promote road safety for all.
