Status of registrations on JK Samadhan portal reviewed at Kulgam

KULGAM, MARCH 27: Additional Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Viqar Ahmad Giri today conducted a comprehensive review of registration on JK Samadhan grievance redressal portal.

During the review, the ADC assessed the status of registrations on the portal and directed all concerned departments to expedite their resolution.

He emphasized a citizen-centric approach, urging officials to ensure complaints are addressed within stipulated timelines to enhance public trust.

During the meeting, the chair was apprised that around 41000 registrations have been made by different departments on Samadhan portal in the district.

To enhance the system’s efficiency, the ADC directed the designation of nodal officers within departments for close monitoring of grievance redressal.

He also stressed the need for regular reviews to assess departmental performance in resolving public concerns.

The meeting was attended by ACR Mushtaq, SDM D.H Pora, ACD, CMO and other District and Sectoral officers from various departments.
