Sunil Prajapati Appreciated Govt decision to Stop Unfair Means in Recruitment

JAMMU, June 23: Sunil Prajapati President BJP OBC Morcha, while paid the tribute to the Shyam Prasad Mukarjee on his 71st  martyrdom day and remenbered his sacrification for the Nation at a Shradhanjali programme organised by the   by BJP OBC Morcha in Ward No 17 , Jammu East Constituency.

Sunil Prajapati appreciated the Union Govt steps for bringing “The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Bill, 2024, which has provision for upto five years’ imprisonment and a fine of up to Rs 1 crore for malpractices and organised cheating in government Recruitment Exams, that was notified by the Union government to come into effect from 22 June 2024. The Act will serve as deterent to unfair means in the Recruitment Exams and foul play of malpractice and other illegal means in the public recruitment exams will be diminished and the interest aspirant will protected and  to provide the  justice to the aspirants in Govt  Recruitment Exams. 

Such steps were very necessarily required to remove the wrong practice in getting through Recruitment exam fraudulently by using illegal and ufair means. He added that the Modi Govt is working very honestly and for the welfare of public and to remove the corruption from the Country as well as to provide the transparency.

Prajapati also appreciate the Govt decision for removal Durector General of National Testing Agency (NTA) due the irregularities and controversies in the NEET and  NET examination.  The Govt has also ordered high level committee to investigate the irregularities and to recommend the steps to be taken to stop such irregularities in future.  The committee will also  recommend certain amendments in the procedures for conducting examination in such a way that the chances of sny malpractice and unfair means are eradicated completely.
