SVEEP awareness program held at HSS DH Pora

KULGAM, April 13: Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) awareness program for Special Summary Revision (SSR) of Photo Electoral Rolls was today organized by District SVEEP Team Kulgam at Govt. Higher Secondary School (GHSS) DH Pora, here.

SDM Noorabad (ERO), Bashir Ul Hassan was chief guest on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, the SDM stressed on awareness and said that youth should learn how to cast their vote for the right candidate.

The SDM said a voter is responsible for his/her vote as one vote can decide the future of the country or any region.

He stressed upon BLOs to register every eligible candidate before the qualifying dates.

Tehsildar/AERO, Principal Govt. Higher Secondary School DH Pora, SVEEP Master Trainers, young prospective voters, BLOs, Aashas and ICDS workers and students of GHSS D.HPora attended the program.
