SVEEP Campaign boosts voter awareness at unique Polling Station in Doda

DODA, SEPTEMBER 13: To encourage voter participation and awareness, a comprehensive voter awareness campaign was organized today at Polling Station 01 Barath in Assembly Constituency 52, Doda East.

The campaign, under the banner of the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) program, was spearheaded by Assembly Level Nodal Officer for SVEEP Omar Sharief.

Polling Station 01 Barath, recognized as a unique polling station in the constituency, became the focal point of this campaign, fostering greater awareness among the local electorate.

The Nodal Officer emphasized the critical role that every vote plays in shaping the future of the constituency and the state. He highlighted the importance of active voter participation to ensure a fair and transparent electoral process. Sharief also provided detailed guidance on the proper usage of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), ensuring that voters are well-prepared and confident when casting their vote on Election Day.
