Telangana: Six-year old boy’s body found in well
Rangareddy (Telangana) [India], August 16 (ANI): The body of a six-year-old boy, who had been reported missing was found dead in an abandoned well in Telangana’s Rangareddy district, police said on Wednesday.
The incident was reported in Narsingi village.
According to the police, parents of the boy had filed a missing person report on Tuesday.
“Last night, a case was registered that G. Banny’s son Balraj, age 6, was missing at Narsingi village near the old police station,” police said today.
Police used CCTV footage to trace the movement of the boy and police recovered his body from the well this morning, V. Shiva Kumar, Inspector, Narsingi Police Station said.
A case has been registered, and the body was sent to Osmania General Hospital for an autopsy, they added.
Further investigation into the case is underway. (ANI)
