Trainees receive certificates from Govt Polytechnic Jammu under PM Vishwakarma Scheme
JAMMU, JULY 30: Government Polytechnic Bikram Chowk Jammu today organised Certificate Distribution Function under PM Vishwakarma Scheme in which certificates were distributed to 248 trainees in Fifteen Batches of Assistant Barber-Salon Services, Carpenter (Suthar), Blacksmith (Lohar), Brick Masson-Basic (Rajmistri) Trade/Job Role, on the successful completion of the Basic Skilling Training under PM Vishwakarma Scheme.
Er. Arun Bangotra Principal Government Polytechnic Jammu highlighted the basic objectives of the scheme by recognition of artisans through PM Vishwakarma Certificate as well basic training of five to seven days.
On this occasion Varinder Dhotra Deputy Manager SBI FCL Jammu along with his staff member conducted a banking cum awareness session for loan scheme under PM Vishwakarma Scheme and also informed trainees on how to apply for loan under this scheme. While speaking on the occasion, several trainees expressed their gratitude towards the administration of the college for the successful and smooth conduct of their training.
Other presents on the occasion were Inderjeet Singh Workshop Superintendent, Sukhdeep Singh HOD Civil Engineering/ SPoC, Sanjay Koul HOD Computer Engg, Paramjot Singh Demonstrator Civil Engg, Amit Kapoor, Dinesh Kumar, Sandeep Singh, Sunil Sharma, Itika Sharma, Kanta Baloria, staff of Government Polytechnic Jammu and various trainees under PM Vishwakarma scheme.
