Training on identification of Transgender in Nubra

Nubra, September 2, 2024: A training cum meeting was organised by Sub-Divisional Magistrate Nubra Tufail Iqbal regarding identification of transgender in Nubra block on 2.09.2024. at Conference Hall SDM Office Nubra.

 A committee consisting of Head master, VLW, ASHA, ICDS Worker and Namberder constituted in every village of Nubra Block attended the meeting. The SDM directed all the stakeholders to organise campaigns and survey at village level to identify transgender in respective villages, so that various beneficial schemes for transgender can be availed. He further requested to submit the survey reports within 10 days to SDM Office.
