Training programme for Lambardars, Chowkidars conducted by Kathua Administration

KATHUA, APRIL 01: A training programme for newly appointed Lambardars and Chowkidars was conducted by the district administration at the Conference Hall of the DC Office Complex. The programme aimed to provide these officials with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively carry out their roles and responsibilities as the ears and eyes of the Revenue Department at the village level.

The training included modules on the functions of the Revenue Department, duties of Lambardars and Chowkidars, importance of maintaining accurate revenue records and effective use of technology.

Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Vishav Pratap Singh and Tehsildar Kathua, Vikram Sharma was present during the programme and briefed the participants about their roles and responsibilities as Revenue officials.
