Uday Chib inaugurates ‘Khurak’ Supplement Store & Health Consultancy

Emphasizes importance of health & fitness

JAMMU, May 26: Uday Bhanu Chib, National General Secretary of Indian Youth Congress, today inaugurated ‘Khurak’, a new supplement store and health consultancy, at M/s Sajan Fitness Centre, Jammu.

Speaking on the occasion, Uday Bhanu Chib praised the initiative taken by the Proprietor of M/s Sajan Fitness Centre. He acknowledged the importance of accessible health and fitness resources in today’s fast-paced world. He termed it is a significant step towards promoting health and wellness in our community.

Chib emphasized the importance of a healthy lifestyle and urged the youth to prioritize their physical and mental health. “Adopting a healthy lifestyle is essential for our overall well-being. Physical fitness and mental health go hand in hand, and it is crucial that our youth focus on maintaining a balanced and healthy life,” he remarked.

Chib highlighted the urgent need to steer the youth away from the growing menace of drug abuse by encouraging them to engage in sports and physical activities. “There is a dire need to divert our youth towards the sports sector, especially amidst the rising culture of drug abuse. By fostering a culture of fitness and health, we can help our young generation lead more fulfilling and productive lives,” Chib added.

Ranjot Singh, National Sports Coordinator of IYC, also emphasized the importance of sports and physical activities in promoting a healthy lifestyle. He stressed the need for concerted efforts to provide ample opportunities for youth engagement in sports to channel their energy positively and build a stronger, healthier society.
