VBSY propels comprehensive awareness campaign across District Doda to empower locals
DODA, December 09: The mountainous District Doda is witnessing a transformative wave through the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) set in the region to accelerate development and facilitate percolation of benefits of government schemes to last man in the queue. The initiative, conducted at numerous locations in Marmat, Bhaderwah, Bhagwah, Chiralla, Kahara, and Changa blocks here today, raised awareness about ongoing government initiatives for the holistic development of the region.
Bringing together community members, leaders and individuals, the yatra served as a platform to educate locals about a myriad of developmental programs.
As the yatra continue to travers, it left an indelible mark by visiting numerous panchayats, including Moothi A, Goha, Gadi B, Bhagwah upper A, Gutassa, Chagsoo, Rokali, Jia, Malanoo, Bharthi and Dhossa. Residents responded with overwhelming enthusiasm and passion amid display of government sponsored schemes on a big LED screen. The colourful cultural programmes and sports activities were also held during the event.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra not only showcases the diverse cultural heritage of the region but also provides a platform to different government departments to showcase their flagship schemes and services at their respective stalls. With lively cultural extravaganzas, the presence of esteemed personalities, and community leaders, the event fosters enthusiasm and active participation in the nation’s progress. The yatra leaves an indelible mark by visiting numerous panchayats, conducting pledge ceremonies, health checkup camps, and displaying government-sponsored schemes on big LED screens.
At Panchayatt Bharthi in block Changa, the viksit Bharat Sankalp yatra van was accorded a warm welcome by the locals. The medical health checkup camp was also conducted during the event here. The message of the prime minister of India on the Viksit Bharat Sankalp was screened on a Big LED screen. The viksit Bharat Sankalp yatra camp was also organised at Panchayat Chagsoo block Chiralla where a large gathering of frontline workers and public participation was witnessed.

A colourful public outreach program was also reported from Panchayat Bhagwah Upper A, where a large gathering of the local people participated in the program.
At Panchayat Bhagwah upper-A, the event witnessed screening of PM’s Message, welcome of viksit Bharat Sankalp yatra van, holding of health checkup camp by health department, SHC card distribution by agriculture department and cultural activities. The quiz competition was also conducted during the event.
The viksit Bharat Sankalp pledge was also conducted during the event in panchayat Moothi, Rokali, Jia, Malanoo The large gatherings actively participated in pledge ceremonies, health checkup camps, and enjoyed cultural programs and sports activities. The van, featuring a big LED screen displaying the Prime Minister’s message, added fervour to the event. The yatra’s mission underscores the importance of community outreach and the active role of frontline workers in fostering development and awareness.
The celebration of viksit Bharat Sankalp yatra was also conducted in the panchayat Moothi block Marmat, where the message of honourable prime minister was also attended by the public.
