VBSY transforms District Pulwama, ensuring comprehensive Coverage of Government Schemes

PULWAMA, December 05: The ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) continues its remarkable journey in District Pulwama, reaching the unreached and achieving unprecedented saturation of Government schemes. This transformative initiative, set to unfold across all 190 Panchayats in the District, has already covered approximately half of them, leaving an indelible mark on the local community.

The Yatra, driven by the underlying motive of holistic development, has successfully targeted a population of 100  panchayats in the District. The deployment of an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) van for awareness has played a pivotal role in ensuring that locals are well-informed about the initiatives.

One of the key achievements of the Yatra is the saturation of various Government schemes, delivering on-the-ground benefits to the community. In addition to the comprehensive coverage of schemes, the Yatra has facilitated on-the-spot services, including health camps. A total of 14,684 individuals have undergone screenings, receiving essential healthcare services.

The Yatra’s impact extends beyond numerical statistics to tangible improvements in the lives of the people in District Pulwama. Through meticulous planning and execution, the initiative has successfully aligned with its core objective, leaving a positive and lasting impact on the community. The Yatra serves as a beacon of progress and collaboration, embodying the spirit of Viksit Bharat Sankalp.
