Vibrant Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra unfolds in Bhaderwah in presence of Commissioner F&DA 

DODA, DECEMBER 31:  Commissioner Food and Drugs Administration, J&K, Shakeel UI Rehman Rather today led the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Panchayat Chinote, Bhaderwah, hosted in the PWD (R&B) Dak Bungalow in Bhaderwah.

The event not only drew high-ranking officials but also showcased a spectrum of engaging activities.

The welcome address marked the initiation of the Yatra, setting the tone for the proceedings. 

The screening of a special message from the Prime Minister adding a national touch to the local developmental initiatives. 

The Prime Minister’s message resonated through the event, emphasizing the collaborative efforts required for holistic growth.

A pivotal moment in the Yatra was the Sankalp Pledge, where attendees collectively affirmed their dedication to the cause of regional development. This ceremonial commitment underscored the unity of purpose and the shared responsibility of all participants, from high-ranking officials to community representatives.

The program took a personal turn with “Meri Khani Meri Zubani,” providing a platform to individuals to share their stories and experiences. This interactive session fostered a deeper connection between the officials and the local community, promoting a sense of understanding and shared vision.

Integral to the event was the announcement of the saturation of all Centrally Sponsored Schemes, marking a significant milestone in the region’s developmental journey. This achievement reflects the concerted efforts of both local and central authorities in ensuring the comprehensive implementation of key schemes for the welfare of the community.

Commissioner Shakeel UI Rehman Rather’s leadership and the diverse activities showcased in the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra not only signify a commitment to development but also exemplify the collaborative spirit necessary for sustainable progress. During the event, Commissioner expressed during interactions with sarpanch, pancha, and PRIs members the importance of collaborative efforts for the implementation of centrally sponsored government schemes to provide maximum benefit to the public. He was informed that around 95 percent of government schemes had already been implemented with the efforts of panchayats’ frontline workers. Commissioner Rather highlighted the significant development and prosperity witnessed in the UT during the present regime. Additionally, he acknowledged the increased tourism potential in district Doda, attributing it to the collective efforts of stakeholders working towards boosting tourism in the district.
