KISHTWAR, DECEMBER 12: The ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra today expanded its reach to include the vibrant communities of Panchayat Piyas with majority Schedule Tribe population and Panchayat Galhar within Block Nagseni.
The ‘Bharat Viksit Van’ arrived amidst warm welcome and a ceremonial launch, kick starting an eventful day centered around empowering, educating, and celebrating the spirit of progress.
The event commenced with the resonance of a recorded message from the Prime Minister, setting the tone for the day. Subsequently, an engaging pledge video was shared, invoking the spirit of Viksit Bharat among the attendees.
The narrative then unfolded through ‘Meri Kahani Meri Zubani,’ a platform where successful beneficiaries of various schemes shared their transformational experiences.
The beneficiaries particularly discussed the Scheduled Tribes Schemes.
The day’s agenda encompassed enriching sessions, including a focus on Satat Krishi Activities, wherein interaction with progressive farmers enlightened all of Natural Farming and Soil Health Card initiatives.
Moreover, the event showcased cultural richness through performances like ‘Dharti Kahe Pukar Ke’ and Swachata songs, presented by women SHG members, school students, and local artists.
Recognition and appreciation were key elements of the day, as accomplished women, local sportspersons, and outstanding students were felicitated for their contributions.
Further, the achievements of GP-100% digitisation of land records, ODF+ status, and the saturation of Jal Jeevan Mission, distribution of Golden Cards were celebrated as benchmarks of success.
Simultaneously, on-the-spot services were efficiently conducted, offering crucial health camps for TB and Sickle Cell Anaemia screenings in Tribal Areas. The enrollment drive for PM Ujjwala and MY BHARAT volunteers provided immediate access to essential services.
