Wooden steam engine replica showcased at Railway Station Katra

KATRA, May17: Today a wooden steam engine replica made by Sh Rajan (a railway employee himself working as Chief OS, Welfare Office, Jammu) was displayed/showcased at Katra Railway Station. On the ocassion present were Station Director Uchit Singhal, SSP GRP Jammu Mohan Lal Kaith and various other officers and supervisors including SS Katra. Station Director gave special thanks to railway engineering and electrical departments by whose assistance it was made possible and helped in getting recognition for the art of railway employee. The replica will serve as a prominent selfie point for the railway passengers. Mr. Rajan who made the wooden replica himself is fond of making such artistic models and always finds time out of his schedule to give an expression to his artistic endeavours.
