Notes

This homemade breakfast burrito is inspired by the popular Burger King breakfast menu item. It's packed with classic breakfast fillings like scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, and crispy hash browns, all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.
The great thing about making this at home is you can customize it to your liking. Feel free to swap in different types of cheese, add spicy ingredients like diced green chiles, or include a dollop of sour cream.
For an extra crispy burrito, you can lightly toast the assembled burrito in a skillet or griddle before serving. Just be sure to cook it seam-side down first to seal everything in.
These burritos also freeze well, so you can make a batch ahead of time for quick and easy breakfasts on the go. Simply wrap them individually in foil or plastic wrap before freezing. Reheat in the microwave or oven when ready to enjoy.
Enjoy this homemade version of the classic Burger King breakfast burrito! It's a delicious and satisfying way to start your day.
