Yudhvir, Surinder holds public darbar at BJP headquarters

JAMMU, January 03; Yudhvir Sethi, Vice-President, J&K BJP & MLA Jammu East and Surinder Bhagat, MLA Marh held a public darbar at BJP headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.

A number of deputations chiefly hailing from the areas ‘in and around’ Jammu approached the BJP headquarters and presented their grievances in front of BJP MLAs.

Among other issues, 5 deputations presented the issue of construction and repair of lanes and drains in Gole Gujral, Trikuta Nagar, Narwal, and Marh areas. 3 deputations presented the issue of repair and installation of street lights in Talab Tillo and Trikuta Nagar. A deputation presented an issue related to revenue department. A deputation raised concern of erratic water supply.

The senior leaders of party, resolved many issues on the spot, while communicated in oral and written way with the concerned department officials.

Yudhvir Sethi, while listening to the grievances of the deputations, said that the BJP believes in serving the people on the ground level and does not mislead the public on mere political sloganeering.

“NC and other political parties have consistently misled people by making hoax promises. NC government in Jammu & Kashmir has also failed on all the fronts, while it promised moon to the people of Jammu & Kashmir in the Assembly elections through its political manifesto, it proves itself to be ‘a bunch of lies’ even after the 2 months of government formation in Jammu & Kashmir”, said Yudhvir Sethi.

Surinder Bhagat, on the occasion, said that the BJP stands fully committed to the people in serving them and mitigating their issues. He urged the people to come forward and present their issues in the public Darbar so that their problems can be resolved at the earliest.
